Friday evening Jeffrey Foucault and his pal Erik Koskinen came to town to play a show. They were joined on drums by JT Bates and the show was fantastic. As it always is. Erik played a baritone guitar to add some low notes to the set. For those playing at home, the tuning on this is: B-E-A-D-F#-B, which is a fourth lower than a standard guitar tuning. It’s always fun watching the musicians communicate and banter wordlessly with each other throughout the set as well. Plus a run in the good rain. It’s back. Fills me up!

Starting out one of Jeffrey’s songs . . . . there is often laughter involved . . .

On the bridge that goes over the Willamette River, we stopped for a rain-soaked photo. It was a lovely morning for a run!
